FAQ

Is it better to buy a covered toilet or an open litter box?

Cats generally have no preferences whether using a covered or an open litter box.

Shy animals may prefer having more privacy and use a covered one; articles of this kind have the advantage for you to avoid sand to be scattered on the floor when you pet dig with his paws and besides reduce odours in the surrounding environment. Designed for this purpose, GENICA toilet box is equipped with an innovative ventilation system which forces the air to flow straight from the toilet base to the roof; thank to this action, odours are extremely reduced.

BELLA, instead, has a very practical raised bottom ensuring high cleanliness and avoiding bad smell thanks to its active carbon filters included. MAGIX distinguishes for its useful sieve reducing sand waste for a very easy and quick cleaning.

In order to make toilets maintenance easier, are also available as accessories the useful hygienic nylon bags in different sizes especially studied for toilet boxes; they allow dirty litter to be fast removed from the tray without cleaning it every time your cat uses it.

Open hygienic boxes, instead, are more suitable for animals which do not like closed areas and are afraid of entering the most common boxes for cats. They are simple plastic trays such as NIP and KITTY, for example, or litter boxes furnished with a removable edge as in the models NIP 10 PLUS and NIP 20 PLUS: this practical frame also allows the hygienic bag to be easily fixed. MODERNA instead combines a practical frame and side locks which further facilitate clearing operations. The DAMA toilet, corner shaped and with a high bottom is the ideal solution for all the people who live in small houses.
